Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

Mercator Group has reached an agreement in principle with its lenders steering committee on the key commercial terms of a long-term restructuring of financial liabilities of the Group companies. The restructuring proposal, also presented today to other creditor banks, provides a firm foundation for the long-term stability of Mercator Group.

The Company expects to achieve a successful completion of the restructuring transaction in the coming months.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of November 5, 2013, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
