Majority of Mercator creditors support the proposed framework agreement on company restructuring

Mercator hereby announces that it has received from the majority of Mercator Group creditors the notifications of approval of the proposed Restructuring Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as RFA). Thus, the Amended and Restated Pre-Negotiation Agreement (ARPNA) dated June 28, 2013, has also been extended through March 31, 2014 pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated by the RFA.

As of December 27, 2013 this announcement shall also be published on the company website at www.mercator.si where it shall remain available for a period of no less than five years.
