Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

In accordance with the adopted financial calendar for 2014, the announcement of audited Annual Report of the Mercator Group and the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., for the year 2013 was planned for tomorrow, on March 11, 2014. The Supervisory Board of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., is expected to discuss the audited Annual Report for 2013 in the end of March or in the beginning of April 2014, and the report will be published in accordance with statutory regulations, i.e. until no later than April 30, 2014.

The entire changed financial calendar for 2014 will be published in April 2014.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of 10 March, 2014, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
