Legal caution for bondholders
The Exchange is conducting the delisting procedure in accordance with Article 350 (2) of Markets in Financial Instruments Act with a view to protect investors’ interests.
Holders of bonds KBG3, who will be registered in the central registry at KDD as holders of bonds KBG3 on the third working day after the Exchange’s announcement on SEOnet regarding its decision to delist the bonds, may submit an objection to the Exchange’s decision regarding the delisting of bonds KBG3 from the stock exchange market within 30 days of the Exchange’s announcement of the decision on delisting on SEOnet. The objection may be submitted on behalf of a bondholder by an Exchange member.
The objection should be submitted to the following address: Ljubljana stock Exchange, Slovenska cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana. It is considered that the objection is submitted on time if it is posted by registered mail on the closing date.
