In compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. and the relevant legislation, the company ISTRABENZ, holdinška družba, d.d. (Plc.), Koper hereby announces the change of the Financial calendar for 2014.

The change refers to the 22nd regular General Meeting of Shareholders of the Istrabenz Holding Company, which will be held on 28 May 2014.

This notification will be published also on the Company’s website www.istrabenz.si as of April 16, 2014 and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
