The Managing Board and Supervisory Board of Intereuropa, Global Logistics Service, Ltd.Co., hereby make the Declaration on the Compliance of the Company’s governance with the provisions of the Corporate Governance Code of Public Limited Companies. The Declaration relates to the term from the latest publication of such Declaration, i.e. from 9 April 2013, until the date of preparation hereof.

 

This Declaration on Compliance of the Company with the provisions of the Corporate Governance Code of Public Limited Companies is a constituent of the Annual Report 2013 and will be published on the web sites of Intereuropa d.d., at www.intereuropa.si for the next five years after the publication date.
