The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., announces the change of the Financial calendar for the year 2014.

The amendment refers to Audited Annual Report of the Mercator Group and the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., for the year 2013, which was scheduled to be published on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. The Audited Annual Report for the year 2013 will be published today, on April 25, 2014.

Also, the date of the 20th General Meeting of Shareholders is postponed from initially scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2014, to later date, on Friday, August 29, 2014.

Changed Financial calendar for the year 2014, is attached.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of April 25, 2014, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
