On the basis of Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. hereby publishes the following notice:

At its meeting 23^rd May 2014, the Luka Koper Supervisory Board appointed Dragomir Matić as the company’s new Management Board President. His five-year term of office will commence on 10^th June 2014 and as of that day erstwhile Management Board President Andraž Novak will again assume office as the Management Board member responsible for operations and sales, the position which he had held prior to his appointment as President on 11^th April this year. In addition, the Supervisory Board will commence a procedure for the selection of a new Management Board member responsible for finance; this position should, according to Supervisory Board President Alenka Žnidaršič Kranjc, be filled in September.
