• from the company Pivovarna Union, d.d., Pivovarniška ulica 2, Ljubljana, whereby the latter informs that they disposed of 464,390 shares of the issuer company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d. Thereby its share has decrease from 12.33% to 0.00%.
