Based on the article 247 of the Companies Act the 19th Annual General Meeting on 3 July 2014 authorized the Management Board for the acquisition of treasury shares.

The total share of the treasury shares must not exceed 10% of the share capital, which corresponds to 3,279,344 shares.

Krka will commence with acquisition of treasury shares in accordance with this authorization. Shares will be acquired on the regulated market at the respective market price and under the terms, that will not have an influence on the prevailing market conditions.

The public will be regularly informed about these acquisitions of treasury shares.
