The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., received a Takeover bid and prospectus for the acquisition of shares of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., of the acquirer Agrokor, d.d., Trg Dražena Petrovića 3, Zagreb, Croatia.

The takeover bid refers to 1,765,083 shares of the company Mercator, d.d., with symbol MELR, which represents the difference between all shares of the company Mercator, d.d., i.e. 3,765,361, and 2,000,278 shares already owned by the company Agrokor, d.d.
