In accordance with the provisions of Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the Bank Assets Management Company (short name: BAMC), Davčna ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, is publishing the following announcement:

In accordance with provisions of Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI) BAMC is publishing audited annual report for the year 2013. As previously announced at Ljubljana Stock Exchange web site, BAMC has conducted an internal valuation of the acquired assets in order to determine the fair value of those assets. Therefore the preparation and publication of the audited annual report has been extended. 

The financial statements for 2013 were audited by KPMG Slovenija, d.o.o., Železna cesta 8a, Ljubljana, that issued a respective opinion.

Annual report has not been approved yet by the Slovenian government in role of the General meeting.   

Annual report 2013 will be available on the official web site of the company, www.dutb.eu, for at least 5 years from the date of this announcement.
