Pursuant to the provisions of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI) and the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Pivovarna Laško, d.d., Trubarjeva 28, 3270 Laško, hereby announces that it received on September 30, 2014, from the company Gorenjska banka, d.d., Kranj, a notification on the change of significant interest dated September 29, 2014, by which the company Pivovarna Laško, d.d., Laško, the issuer of the shares with the symbol PILR, is notified pursuant to Article 118 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI) about the change in significant interest. According to the said notification, Gorenjska banka, d.d., Kranj, divested on September 29, 2014, 542,448 PILR shares (6.29% of voting rights). With the said divestment, the number of PILR shares held by Gorenjska banka, d.d., Kranj, has been reduced from 542,448 shares (6.29% share of voting rights) to 0 PILR shares (0% of voting rights).

This announcement will be released on September 30, 2014, on the Pivovarna Laško, d.d., website (www.pivo-lasko.si) where it will remain available for a period of no less than 5 (five) years.
