Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

On November 5, 2014, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., received from the Securities Market Agency decision for organized trading with the 2,325,582 newly issued no par value shares of Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d.; with a precondition of issuing shares in the central register of the Central Securities Clearing Corporation, d.d. (KDD).

Mercator, d.d., will issue these shares into the central register of the KDD, as soon as possible, as well as carry out the required procedures for listing the new shares in the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange - first quotation.

Owner of new shares is company Agrokor Investment B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB, Amsterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands, which now has a share of 38.18% in the company Mercator, d.d.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of November 6, 2014, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
