Telekom Slovenije Supervisory Board approves the Telekom Slovenije Group Strategic Business Plan for 2015–2019

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d. d. herewith publishes the following notification:

At its 23rd regular meeting on Wednesday, 19 November 2014, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., discussed the Telekom Slovenije Group's Strategic Business Plan for the 2015–2019 period. The Supervisory Board continued the discussion of the Strategic Business Plan at its 5th correspondence meeting on Thursday, 20 November 2014, and concluded by approving the Strategic Business Plan for the 2015–2019 period.

Telekom Slovenije Group is forecasting for 2015 a net operating profit of €66 million, EBITDA of €198 million, and up to €107 million in investments. In 2015 the Group plans to achieve a turnaround of EBITDA movements, as the comparable EBITDA will increase in 2015, when taking into account the changes of status related to the sale of the 50% share in Gibtelecom Limited, and the merger of ONE DOOEL Skopje with VIP OPERATOR DOOEL Skopje in the Macedonian market. For the 2015–2019 period the Telekom Slovenije Group forecasts a growth in revenues and net profit, which will be achieved through the growth of the number of users in growing market segments, a comprehensive range of ICT services in the business segment, and by offering new services. Telekom Slovenije Group will continue with the optimization of all types of costs and the human resource restructuring, i.e. ensuring an optimum number of employees for the requirements of the work process of individual companies in the Group.

Telecommunications markets in the SEE region where the Telekom Slovenije Group operates are entering a mature phase. The Telekom Slovenije Group will implement its planned goals in the SEE region through an increase in the number of service users and consolidation at individual markets. In the SEE markets where it is present, the Group aims to continue building up its position of a strong regional telecommunications operator, and to become the first alternative provider of integrated telecommunications services at each of these markets. In Slovenia the goal is to maintain the position of the leading integrated communications service provider, which the company will achieve through cross-sell of services, development of new services and new subscription models, by means of differentiation and exclusive contents offer, by continuing to improve the user experience and providing standardized cloud services. Also in future a competitive advantage of the Telekom Slovenije Group will remain top quality services, with further development still based on the company's high standards of social responsibility and sustainable development.

The notification is also published at the company website www.telekom.si for the period of at least five years following the announcement.
