Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. has executed a partial repurchase and cancelation of bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 (ISIN: XS0518514558) in total nominal value of EUR 1,000,000.00.

On the basis of the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, the company Deželna banka Slovenije d. d., Ljubljana is publishing the following notification:

Deželna banka Slovenije d. d., Ljubljana has executed a repurchase on the secondary market of a part of the bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 (ISIN: XS0518514558) in the nominal amount of EUR 1,000,000.00. The bond is registered in the register of securities at Euroclear/Clearstream and is trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The part of the bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 that have been repurchased have been cancelled from the register of securities at Euroclear/Clearstream and withdrawn from trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. After the partial cancellation the total nominal value of the bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 amounts to EUR 72,450,000.00.

Pursuant to the applicable legislation, the content of this publication will be made available on the Bank's website www.dbs.si starting 19 December 2014 for a period of no less than five years.
