Based on Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, the provisions of applicable legislation Luka Koper d.d. herein publishes the following notice:

The Management of Luka Koper and both representative port unions have, on the basis of the Collective agreement and the income statement of Luka Koper, d.d. determined, that the company achieved positive growth of the added value per employee and net profit during the years 2013 and 2014. On this basis, the social partners have signed an agreement for a supplement on salaries. The Luka Koper Groups' Business Plan for 2015 and 2014 Performance Estimations, which was published on 9th January 2015, already incudes, in a greater extent, the effects of the mentioned agreement.
