Krka, d. d., Novo mesto has received a notification from the Supervisory Board member, Franc Šašek, about the transactions with Krka shares. On 26 January 2015 Franc Šašek purchased for his own account 260 Krka shares during ordinary trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

• 100 shares at a share price of EUR 56.90 EUR and
• 160 shares at a share price of EUR 57.00 EUR.
