Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

The agreement on the acquisition / transfer of a part of operations of the company Era Good, d.o.o., to Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., signed on February 11, 2015, came into effect on March 31, 2015 as all suspensive conditions were met on that day.

By taking over a part of the activities of the company Era Good, d.o.o., the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., will improve the scope and variety of offer in wholesale of fast-moving consumer goods. Moreover, the acquisition will have a positive effect on business efficiency and competitiveness of Mercator's wholesale activities in Slovenia.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of April 1, 2015, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
