At the General Meeting, the Supervisory Board proposed amendments and additions to the Statute and discussed the documents for the 31st General Meeting of Abanka Vipa d.d.

The Management Board adopted a Report on the Planned Merger of Banka Celje with Abanka and gave its approval for the conclusion of a Merger Agreement.
