With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 12 October 2015 up to and including 16 October 2015 Krka acquired 6,055 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 368,495 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.
