Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and applicable legislation, Sava d.d. publishes the following notification:

At its 23^rd regular meeting held on 12 February 2016, the Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. took note of the preliminary, unaudited business results for 2015. It estimated that the excellent results achieved by Sava Turizem in 2015, as well as the continuation of positive performance at the beginning of 2016 confirm the development strategy formulated for the tourism division.  

The 2015 consolidated and audited business results of Sava d.d.  and the Sava Group are scheduled to be published on 25 March 2016.

The Supervisory Board was further briefed about the course of compulsory settlement proceedings of Sava d.d. and established that the Management Board of Sava d.d. had appropriately performed all of the activities within its competence,  which enable the approval and optimal implementation of the financial restructuring plan for Sava d.d.

Important changes in the data and other significant business events are announced in the electronic information system of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SEOnet, on an on-going basis. The announcement can be accessed on the official company website at www.sava.si as of the announcement date, i.e. 12 February 2016. The announcement will remain posted on the company website for at least 5 years.
