ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. hereby informs the interested public that on 24 March 2016, its subsidiary company Istrabenz Turizem d.d. concluded the sales process of the company Grand Hotel Adriatic, d.d. from Opatija. The buyer of the 100-percent shareholding in the company Grand Hotel Adriatic, d.d. is the company Teri-trgovina d.o.o. Zagreb. The sale of Grand Hotel Adriatic, d.d. is part of the planned disinvestment programme of the company Istrabenz Turizem, d.d.   

This announcement will also be available at the website of the ISTRABENZ Holding Company, d.d.  (www.istrabenz.si) for a period of at least five years.
