Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

On April 18, 2016, a member of the Management Board of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., Mr Igor Maroša submitted his resignation as a Management Board member of the company.

He will perform his function as the Management Board member by April 30, 2016, when he will take over new tasks and functions.

From May 1, 2016, the Management Board of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., will therefore consist of following members: Mr Toni Balažič, President of the Management Board, and Management Board members, Mr Drago Kavšek and Mr Igor Mamuza.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of April 19, 2016, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
