The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., announces that it has closed the issue of commercial papers in the amount of EUR 20 million. Target amount has been oversubscribed by 90%. Commercial papers will mature in 12 months with 1.75% interest rate (p.a.). A great interest from institutional and private investors, which is considerably above the target value, demonstrates confidence in the competitiveness of business and the successful continuation of the implementation of the strategy of the Mercator Group.

The purpose of issued commercial papers is managing the liquidity, financing working capital and diversifying their sources of funding.

All activities related to the organization of the sale and issue was carried by NLB, d.d. Dematerialized commercial papers are issued in the central registry of Central Securities Clearing Corporation CDD, d.d., marked MEL10 and ISIN SI0032501569. The commercial papers will be listed on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of June 7, 2016, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
