ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. hereby informs the interested public that the Company executed the agreement for sale and transfer of its 51.0001-percent shareholding in the company ISTRABENZ PLINI, plini in plinske tehnologije, d.o.o. with the buyer SOCIETA' ITALIANA ACETILENE E DERIVATI S.I.A.D. S.p.A., Bergamo. The sale will be completed as soon as all conditions precedent, as agreed by the parties in the agreement, will be met.
