Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, Sava Reinsurance Company, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby announces the following: 

On 20 June 2016 and 27 June 2016, the companies Zavarovalnica Maribor, Zavarovalnica Tilia, Velebit osiguranje and Velebit životno osiguranje held their general meetings of shareholders, giving their consent to Zavarovalnica Maribor's merger by acquisition of Zavarovalnica Tilia and the cross-border merger of the two Croatian companies to Zavarovalnica Maribor.

The minutes of the general meetings will be added to the merger documents that had already been submitted to the Insurance Supervision Agency, which will then consider the documentation in accordance with the relevant legislation.

In May Zavarovalnica Maribor established a branch office in the Croatian market, through which the merged insurer will operating in the market.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.
