Based on the provisions of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and applicable legislation, Sava d.d. publishes the following notification:

On 29 June 2016, the members of the Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. held the constituent meeting.  In accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, the most senior member of the Supervisory Board, Miro Medvešek, chaired the meeting. The Supervisory Board passed the resolution that Miro Medvešek shall act as temporary Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board will be finally constituted and will appoint its commissions when the remaining members obtain approval from the court.

Important changes in the data and other significant business events are announced in the electronic information system of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SEOnet, on an on-going basis. The announcement can be accessed on the official company website at www.sava.si as of the announcement date, i.e. 29 June 2016. The announcement will remain posted on the company website for at least 5 years.
