Abanka d.d. hereby publishes the resolutions from the 24th regular meeting of its Supervisory Board held on 25 August 2016:

The Supervisory Board was briefed on the report on Abanka d.d.’s financial operations during the first six months of 2016, on the unaudited report of the Abanka Group for the first half of 2016 and on the report as at 30 June 2016 on the fulfilment of commitments to the European Commission relating to Abanka.

The Supervisory Board was briefed on the progress of activities being carried out in 2016 at Abanka in the scope of the comprehensive assessment of the bank.

The Supervisory Board discussed the Annual Internal Audit Report for the first half of 2016.
