In compliance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, the company ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. (Plc.), Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. hereby informs the interested public that on September 7^th, 2016 the agreement for sale and transfer of the Company’s 51.0001-percent shareholding in the company ISTRABENZ PLINI, plini in plinske tehnologije, d.o.o., as executed between ISTRABENZ, d.d. and the company SOCIETA' ITALIANA ACETILENE E DERIVATI S.I.A.D. S.p.A., Bergamo, entered into force. The sale of the shareholding in the company ISTRABENZ PLINI, plini in plinske tehnologije, d.o.o. is part of the planned disinvestment process of the company ISTRABENZ d.d. and is in line with the agreement executed with the Company’s creditors. After the sale of the above-mentioned shareholding, ISTRABENZ, d.d. stepped out from the Energy Business Area.
