Based on the provisions of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and applicable legislation, Sava d.d. publishes the following notification:

On 27 October 2016, the District Court in Ljubljana issued the order, based on which the compulsory settlement in relation to Sava, d.d. (Ref. No. 2868/2015) has been confirmed. The Court’s decision has been made available through the Ajpes website. The decision shall become final within 15 days following its publication.

Important changes in the data and other significant business events are announced in the electronic information system of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SEOnet, on an on-going basis. The announcement can be accessed on the official company website at www.sava.si as of the announcement date, i.e. 27 October 2016. The announcement will remain posted on the company website for at least 5 years.
