Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the provisions of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Sava d.d. herewith communicates that it has received a notification of a change in major shareholdings from Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., Miklošičeva 19, 1000 Ljubljana, which resulted from the final decision of the Ljubljana District Court, ref.No. St 2868/2015 of 26 October 2016 (corrigendum decision of 27 October 2016) on the confirmation of the compulsory settlement and in accordance with the administrator’s report on the subscription and payment of new shares pursuant to Article 197 of ZFPPIPP.

It is clear from the notification that with the final decision on the confirmation of the compulsory settlement of Sava, d.d., Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. has directly acquired 684,046 new shares of Sava d.d., representing 3.155 percent of the share capital of Sava d.d. Indirectly, via a shareholder of Skupna pokojninska družba, d.d., it acquired 857,186 new shares with business funds, representing 3.954 % of the share capital of Sava, d.d. Prior to the subscription and payment of the new shares, Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. was not a holder of shares of Sava, d.d.

Important changes in data and other significant business events are announced in the electronic information system of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SEOnet, on an on-going basis. The announcement can be accessed on the official company website at www.sava.si as of the announcement date, i.e. 2 December 2016 and for a period of at least 10 years.
