Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

Ljubljana, December 2, 2016 – After successful signing of the sale and purchase agreement for the company Intersport ISI, d.o.o., in September 2016, the sale process was formally completed today. The Polish Enterprise Fund VII, thus became the owner of the company Intersport ISI, d.o.o. It will provide further growth for the company Intersport ISI, d.o.o., and its subsidiaries in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. Mercator will remain a strategic partner with regard to offer of sportswear and sports equipment in Slovenia and the broader region. The value of this transaction is up to EUR 34.5  million.  Mercator's financial advisor for this transaction was UniCredit.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of December 2, 2016, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
