The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company or the Issuer) hereby informs the public that with today's payments have successfully completed the issue of commercial paper in a nominal value of EUR 20 million.

Investor interest exceeded 75 percent the target value of the issue, ie. EUR 20 million. It is a commercial paper maturing in 364 days from the date of issue, that is on December 4, 2017, with 1.40 percent annual interest rate.

The purpose for issuing commercial papers is to manage the maturity of assets and liabilities of the issuer and diversifying the base of debt financing sources.

Commercial papers were today, December 5, 2016, issued in dematerialized form in the central register of dematerialized securities managed by KDD - Central Securities Clearing Corporation, d.d., Ljubljana, marked with MEL11 and ISIN code SI0032501692. The Issuer will take all the necessary activities to list commercial papers MEL11 on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
