Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

On December 5th, 2016 Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., issued 12-month commercial papers in total amount of EUR 20 million which bear an interest rate of 1.40 % p.a. Commercial papers are issued in the central registry of KDD – Central Securities Clearing Corporation with the identification code MEL11 and are freely transferrable.

Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., applied for the admission of the commercial papers to trading on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and trading on the regulated market will presumably start on December 16, 2016 pending a decision of the Ljubljana stock exchange.

Commercial papers have been issued for the purpose of managing the maturity of the Issuer's assets and liabilities.

Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., has appointed ALTA Invest d.d., for advisory regarding the issuance of the commercial papers and the admission of the commercial papers to the regulated market.
