- 12 December 1,913 shares, average weighted price 53.31 EUR,

- 13 December 2,975 shares, average weighted price 53.17 EUR,

- 14 December 2,649 shares, average weighted price 54.15 EUR,

- 15 December 2,662 shares, average weighted price 52.95 EUR.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 461,101 representing 1.406% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 472,656 representing 1.441% of all shares issued.
