The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby announces the officially revised version of the Business Report of the Mercator Group and the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., for the period 1–6, 2016.

Today, according to Article 113, paragraph 1, point 3 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI), is published an updated management responsibility statement with signatures of the Management Board Members. This is the only change of the Business Report of the Mercator Group and the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., for the period 1–6, 2016, originally released on August 30, 2016.

This announcement shall also be published as of February 2, 2017, on the company website at www.mercatorgroup.si, for a period of no less than five years.
