Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

Pursuant to the agreement on early termination of the term of office President of the Management Board, concluded on April 5, 2017, the term of office President of the Management Board at the company Mercator, d.d., Anton Balažič shall be terminated as of April 5, 2017, without any fault-based grounds or liability on the part President of the Management Board.

At the same time the Supervisory Board appointed Tomislav Čizmić as the new President of the Management Board for the five years mandate, starting April 6, 2017.

Igor Mamuza remains a Member of the Management Board.

The announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of April 5, 2017, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
