At the 14th correspondence session of the Supervisory Board Draga Cukjati was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., responsible for Finance and IT, for the period April 18, 2017 to April 6, 2022.

The Management Board of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., will consist of: Tomislav Čizmić, President of the Management Board, and Draga Cukjati and Igor Mamuza as Members of the Management Board.

The announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of April 10, 2017, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
