Pursuant to Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and based on the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, the company ISTRABENZ, holdinška družba, d.d., Koper hereby informs the interested public that on 23 May 2017, it received a notification by the company Intus Invest d.o.o., Ljubljana stating that on 16 May 2017 the company Intus Invest d.o.o., Ljubljana acquired 680,524 shares of the company-issuer Istrabenz, d.d., with stock symbol ITBG, representing 13.14-percent of all issued shares with voting rights. Prior to the said acquisition, the company Intus Invest d.o.o., Ljubljana did not own any shares with ITBG stock symbol.  

This announcement will be published also on the Company’s website www.istrabenz.si as of 23 May 2017 and will remain posted for a period of at least ten years.
