Pursuant to Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and based on the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, the company ISTRABENZ, holdinška družba, d.d., Koper hereby informs the interested public that on 31 May 2017, it received a notification by the company Intus Invest d.o.o., Ljubljana stating that on 23 May 2017 the company Intus Invest d.o.o., Ljubljana sold 15,000 shares of the company-issuer Istrabenz, d.d., with stock symbol ITBG, representing 0.29-percent of all issued shares. Prior to the said disposal, the company Intus Invest d.o.o., Ljubljana held 13.14-percent of shares with ITBG stock symbol.  

This announcement will be published also on the Company’s website www.istrabenz.si and will remain posted for a period of at least ten years.
