The Supervisory Board of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., operates with the following composition: Ante Ramljak, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Matej Lahovnik, deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and members of the Supervisory Board Damir Kuštrak, Ivica Mudrinić, Vladimir Bošnjak, Teo Vujčić, Matjaž Grošelj, Vesna Stojanović and Veljko Tatić.
