On 20 June 2017, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., Dunajska cesta 107, 1000 Ljubljana, received a copy of a letter by the company Sberbank of Russia, 19 Vavilova St., 117997, Moscow, Russia, informing  Agrokor Investments B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB, Amsterdam, the Kingdom of Netherlands, as pledgor, that it will enforce a share pledge over 1,128,803 shares of Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., held by Agrokor Investments B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB, Amsterdam, the Kingdom of Netherlands, after 8 days following receipt of the letter by the debtor Agrokor, d.d., and by the pledgor, pursuant to Article 31 of the Slovenian Book Entry Securities Act (ZNVP-1).

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of June 20, 2017, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
