With respect to the sale of shares issued by CINKARNA Celje, d.d. listed under the ticker symbol CICG, ISIN code SI0031103805 (hereinafter referred to as: “Shares”), BAMC hereby informs the public that on 22 June 2017, BAMC and the other counterparties signed Annex no. 2 to the Service Agreement, which in turn was signed on 22 March 2017 and amended by Annex no. 1 dated 21 April 2017 (hereinafter referred to as: “Agreement”), in accordance with which Annex the Agreement is rescinded as of 22 June 2017 due to the inadequate response from potential buyers of the Shares.
