With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 1 September 2017 up to and including 7 September 2017. Krka acquired 8,647 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 491,734 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 1 September:    445 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.02,
- on 4 September: 4,771 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 56.78,
- on 5 September:    423 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.13,
- on 6 September: 2,123 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.03 and
- on 7 September:    885 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 56.73.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 590,953 representing 1.802% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 599,600 representing 1.828% of all shares issued.
