Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and valid legislation, Abanka d.d. hereby publishes the resolutions from the 34th regular meeting of its Supervisory Board held on 15 December 2017:

The Supervisory Board approved the annual plan for Abanka and the Abanka Group for 2018, with financial plans until 2020 attached. The Supervisory Board approved the Internal Audit Department’s work plan for 2018 and the aforementioned department’s framework strategic plan for the period 2019–2020.

This announcement will also be available on Abanka’s website as of 15 December 2017, for a period of no less than five years.
