In compliance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, the company ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. (Plc.), Koper hereby publishes the following announcement:

Based on the provisions of the Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution Act (ZFPPIPP), on Tuesday, 13 February 2018 the ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. (Plc.) filed a proposal for initiating the procedure of preventive restructuring of its financial liabilities with the District Court in Koper. The approval for initiating the procedure was granted by the creditor whose claims exceed 30% of claims as required by law.    

The initiation of the preventive restructuring procedure is an important prerequisite for granting equal treatment of all creditors. The ISTRABENZ Holding Company d.d. and all its creditors will immediately approach the elaboration and execution of a new agreement in which they will define a new time-schedule for disposal of determined Company’s assets. The disposal processes of other ISTRABENZ d.d. assets will be continued.

This announcement will be published also on the Company's website as of February 14th 2018, and will remain posted for a period of at least ten years.
