With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 15 June 2018 up to and including 21 June 2018. Krka acquired 9,647 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 563,605 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 15 June 2018: 2,075   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.30
- on 18 June 2018: 2,106   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.25
- on 19 June 2018: 2,070   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.35
- on 20 June 2018: 1,630   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.60 and
- on 21 June 2018: 1,766   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.70. 

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 784,466 representing 2.392% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 794,113 representing 2.422% of all shares issued.
