Intereuropa, d. d. hereby informs the general public that it received notification from Gorenjska banka d.d., Kranj, on 20 May 2019 regarding the conditional cessation of its significant holding, as follows:

Pursuant to Article 118, and in connection with Article 105 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI) and Article 7 of the resolution on information regarding significant holdings, we hereby notify you of a change in significant holdings of shares in Intereuropa, d. d., designated IEKG. An agreement on the sale of shares has been signed. The sale is subject to suspensive conditions.

Intereuropa, d. d. hereby informs the general public that Gorenjska banka, d. d., Kranj is the owner of a total of 3,068,990 shares or 18.23% of voting rights.

This announcement will be published on the website of Intereuropa, d. d. at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
