The Ljubljana Stock Exchange Inc. (hereafter: Exchange) has improved the service of publishing regulated information via the SEO system and, consequently, the INFO STORAGE so that the service will be available continuously (24 / 7) from 2 September 2019. This means that the subscribers will be able to publish information during weekends and holidays.

On this basis, on 19 August 2019, the Management Board adopted new:

• General Conditions for the Provision of SEO and INFO STORAGE and
• Instructions for Storing Information in the INFO STORAGE system.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Exchange adopted new Guidelines on Disclosure for Listed Companies (hereafter: Guidelines), which, in addition to the adjustments due to the extension of the operating time of the SEO system, include also amendments related to compliance with the new Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1), European legislation, the proposed amendment to the Companies Act (ZGD-1K) and recommendations of good practice of corporate governance in accordance with the Slovenian Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies.

The Exchange’s new general acts (Guidelines, General Conditions and Instructions) shall take effect on 2 September 2019 and are available on the Exchange’s website (http://www.ljse.si/cgi-bin/jve.cgi?doc=1539) in Slovene language from 19 August 2019. English translation of Guidelines will be available in September 2019.
